Tree and Shrub Care
TREE & SHRUB CARE involves the timely
application of Foliar Nutrient Sprays. The equipment needed can be
either high-pressure truck mounted sprayers or gas engine Backpack
Mist Blowers. The following is the program that is being used by
many nurseries and tree care companies at the present time, and is
based on soil & tissue testing over a period of three growing
seasons. This program has produced vibrant, healthy trees and shrubs
resistant to invasion by insects and disease. It establishes and
promotes the symbiotic relationship of mycorrhizae within the root
system of trees and other woody ornamentals for optimum long term
plant health.

Combine Bio-Basic with included Bio-Basic
Inoculant One Hour Prior to Use. Shake products before use. Due
to the bio-activity of these products when combined, add products to
spray tank while filling with in order listed. Spray tank should be
equipped with by-pass agitation. Use within 72 hours. Not intended
for use on flower beds.

Product Information: The blends listed
below contain food or technical-grade soluble plant nutrients in
combination with herbal extracts, vitamins and proteins rich in
carbohydrate content. They become highly bio-active when mixed with
Bio-Basic and Bio-Seaweed Blend. They are rapidly absorbed by the
above and below ground plant mass for rapid translocation to all
parts of the plant.
FOLIAR FEEDING: Is 8 to 20 times more
efficient than soil feeding. Tests at the University of Michigan,
using radioactive isotopes of Iron as a tracer , prove that properly
designed nutrients translocated to all parts of the plant within 45
minutes after being applied to the foliage (during the growing
season) or to the woody parts (in the early spring as soon as the
sap begins running). Trees and other woody plants have a great
ability to grow and flourish when they have a symbiotic relationship
with mycorrhizal fungi. The ARBOR GROW BLENDS promote this
beneficial mycorrhizal relationship, as well as boosting the plant’s
resistance to attack by insects or disease.
