Build The Soil… The Plants Will Follow

The Quest for Soil Fertility:
Nothing In Nature Is Isolated
(short version)

The activity of bacteria and fungi in the soil is crucial to plant life. They perform the same digestion functions for plants, as do the bacteria that thrive in the human intestines. Bacteria and fungi break down organic matter into available nutrients while they simultaneously dissolve minerals for absorption by the plant's root system.

Like all things in life, four dimensions, which are the following, dictate healthy soil:
Magnetic Balance, Mineral Balance, Oxygen Circulation, and Biological Balance. Nothing in nature can be isolated. The above four forces are dependent upon each other to build the living structure of the soil food web.

The support of the life cycle is the goal of soil fertility management. The intricate understanding of soil fertility and plant growth mechanics has been our quest at BioGreen LLC for more than the past thirty plus years. It has been our goal to support the life cycle every step of the way. Consequently, we address the four dimensions of healthy soil structure in order to preserve the "Web of Life" that nature supports. It is our intent to offer the modern day grower the most superior products, in conjunction with the most complete understanding of soil fertility applications.

In the eyes of the public the words “organic fertilizer” means the product is safe and environmentally friendly. In addition, because a huge market has developed for organic fertilizers, marketers by the hundreds have come upon the scene with “organic fertilizer products” to cash in on the demand.

The word “organic “ means that something contains carbon. The study of Organic Chemistry is the study of compounds that contain carbon. Here is a partial list of chemicals that contain carbon.

Gasoline, Kerosene, Alcohol, Urea, Formaldehyde, 2-4D weed killer, Agent Orange, Ureaform, Methylene Urea, organo-phosphate insecticides (such as Dursban, Malethion, Diazinon, etc.), and the list goes on and on.

Remember, you get what you pay for. To create a living soil where plants grow healthy and strong you need to create a non-hostile living soil environment where it can happen.
